933ok Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player") and 933ok (the "Platform" or "we" or "us") and govern your access to and use of the 933ok website, mobile application, and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and payment processing.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 933ok platform, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age;
• Are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party;
• Have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety;
• Understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited into your account;
• Have not been diagnosed with or are not currently undergoing treatment for problem gambling or a gambling-related disorder.

If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use the 933ok platform. Access to the platform is a privilege, not a right, and 933ok reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on 933ok, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are 18 years of age or older. 933ok applies a strict 18+ policy and will request Bangladesh National ID (NID) documentation or equivalent government-issued identification to verify age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 933ok or any of its affiliated game providers, software vendors, or payment processors.
• You have not previously had an account closed by 933ok for breach of this Agreement.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must not use a pseudonym, false identity, or another person's credentials during registration. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each player may hold exactly one registered account on 933ok. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 933ok will close all secondary accounts without notice. Any balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full, and any winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided.

2.4 KYC Verification

933ok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players will be required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal request. Verification documents may include a valid Bangladesh National ID card, passport, or driver's licence, along with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days of registration may be restricted until verification is completed.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must notify 933ok immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 933ok will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

933ok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time, and 933ok reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 933ok account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• 933ok does not charge any fee on deposits made via bKash or Nagad. Fees imposed by the payment provider on their end remain the responsibility of the player.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 933ok reserves the right to request evidence that the depositing payment account belongs to the registered player before processing any withdrawal.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• KYC-verified accounts benefit from priority withdrawal processing, with typical bKash and Nagad transfers completing within 5 to 15 minutes of approval.
• Unverified accounts may experience extended processing times. 933ok strongly encourages all players to complete KYC verification promptly after registration.
• 933ok reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusually large or otherwise requiring additional scrutiny.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 4 of this Agreement. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements are met may be declined or converted to a deposit equivalent.

4. Bonus and Promotional Terms

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

933ok may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. Where any conflict arises between the general bonus conditions set out in this Section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall take precedence.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated at the point of opt-in. Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to low-margin table games and certain live dealer variants — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward meeting wagering requirements. Full contribution rate details will be published with each promotion.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

933ok operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once; placing low-risk or balanced bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent; using automated scripts to clear wagering requirements; and coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, 933ok reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, close the account, and forfeit any remaining balance.

4.4 Promotional Validity Periods

All bonuses and promotions carry an expiry date. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not met within the validity period of a promotion will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry dates of any bonuses credited to their account.

4.5 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

933ok may offer special promotions tied to culturally significant dates in Bangladesh, including Pohela Boishakh, Eid celebrations, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions carry their own specific terms and are only available during the stated promotional window. All seasonal promotions are subject to the general bonus conditions in this Section unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Player Responsibilities

As a registered player on 933ok, you agree at all times to:

• Provide accurate and current personal information and update it promptly if it changes;
• Use the platform for lawful, personal recreational gaming purposes only;
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share account access with any other person;
• Ensure that funds deposited into your 933ok account are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of criminal activity;
• Not use a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to misrepresent your geographic location;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to your use of the platform.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 933ok platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to fix game outcomes;
• Placing matched bets or arbitrage bets designed to guarantee a profit irrespective of outcome in a manner that exploits promotional offers;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to facilitate any financial crime;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 933ok staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

6. Game Rules and Betting Policies

6.1 Game Provider Rules

Games available on the 933ok platform are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming, among others. Each game operates according to the rules of its respective provider, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between provider rules and these Terms & Conditions, 933ok will use reasonable discretion to determine the appropriate outcome. The decision of 933ok's management team in such cases is final.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets on the 933ok platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may be adjusted by 933ok at any time without prior notice. 933ok reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to specific accounts where unusual wagering behaviour is identified.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

933ok offers betting markets on cricket fixtures including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and international Bangladesh Tigers matches, as well as other sports markets. Sports bets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment, suspension, or postponement, 933ok's sports betting settlement policy — published within the sports betting section — will determine how open bets are settled. All event times displayed on the platform are in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

6.4 Disconnection and Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection during a live game or bet placement, 933ok's systems will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Game rounds that were in progress at the time of a disconnection will be completed and settled according to the recorded state wherever technically possible. 933ok is not liable for losses resulting from a player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or any technical issue outside of 933ok's direct control.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 933ok account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and any active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements will be voided. Genuine cash balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to your account, make deposits, or receive promotional communications from 933ok. 7.3 Closure by 933ok

933ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Identification of the account as a duplicate of an existing registration;
• A request from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed by 933ok due to a material breach of this Agreement, any balance remaining in the account — including both cash and bonus funds — may be forfeited at 933ok's sole discretion depending on the nature of the breach.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

933ok aims to maintain platform availability of 99.9% measured on a monthly basis. However, 933ok does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from scheduled maintenance windows, unscheduled outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.

8.2 No Warranty

The 933ok platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 933ok makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content, game, odds, or information provided on the platform.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 933ok's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 933ok account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 933ok and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and game provider partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

8.5 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through 933ok's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. All times referenced in dispute communications should be stated in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
